An increase of over 50% compared with 2012\/13.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">87,000\u00a0cases were examined<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-GB\"> and led to formal proposals being made by mediators or were settled through their intervention.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The other referrals were declared inadmissible, essentially because there had been no preliminary procedures before referral to the mediator or because they were inadequate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">This success reflects the mobilisation of all the Club&#8217;s members and their shared commitment to provide high-quality mediation, offered by the public services and companies to their users and customers who, in ever-increasing numbers, choose to place their trust in them.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The club&#8217;s members received almost 184,000 referrals in 2018 (basis: annual reports published in 2019 on activity in 2018).
