4ème Citizens’ Energy Forum

Les 26 et 27 octobre derniers s’est déroulé le 4° CEF (Citizens’  Energy Forum) à Londres.

Le CEF est le rendez vous annuel qui réunit les acteurs européens de la protection des consommateurs du secteur de l’énergie. Tous les ans il est l’occasion de faire un point d’avancement des différents travaux menés au niveau européen, ainsi qu’un  point de suivi des recommandation formulées lors des sessions précédentes. Les thèmes principaux abordés ont été : le traitement des réclamations (dont les ADR), le fonctionnement des marchés et le rôle des opérateurs des systèmes de distribution, les outils de comparaison des prix, l’information concernant les prix, les responsabilités des régulateurs, les compteurs communicants et les systèmes d’optimisation demande / réponse.

4th Citizens’ Energy Forum

On October 26th and 27th of this year took place 4 ° CEF (Citizens ‘ Energy Forum) in London

The CEF is the annual meeting which gathers the European actors of the protection of consumers in the energy sector. Every year it is the opportunity to report on the  progress of the various works led to the European level, as well as a point of follow-up of the recommendation formulated during the previous sessions. The  main themes were: the treatment of the complaints (among which the ADR), the functioning of markets and the role of the operators of the systems of distribution, the tools for  prices comparison, the information concerning the prices, the responsibilities of regulators, communicating meters and optimization systems for demand / answer
