Jocelyne CANETTI has been  EDF Group Mediator and member of the Club of the Mediators of Services to the Public from 2009 to 2014.

She is going to pursue in this field as National Mediator Delegate to Mediation Inter-companies, attached to the Ministry of Economy.

During the 5 years of her mandate she contributed actively to the animation of the Club of the Mediators of Services To the Public, and particularly to the promotion of Mediation in Brussels during the pre drafting of the European Directive on Mediation.

Jocelyne CANETTI animated the working group of the Club on  the ODR ( Online Dispute Resolution ) to clarify its impact for the Club members , and to set the request  for Mediation by internet for crossborder litigation.

Her conferences to the Club Training groups have always been appreciated

Her role as a Mediator have conducted her to deal with private customers as well as professional  , companies or suppliers disputes with EDF.
